Canamax Energy Ltd. is engaged in the development of the highly economic Montney oil assets in the Greater Grimshaw & Grande Prairie area of Alberta, and is actively expanding their portfolio via acquisition and development.

Core Properties:

Greater Grimshaw: Greater Grimshaw is a Canamax ‘core growth’ asset and as such, is targeting strong long term growth. It comprises of a substantial land position with over 150,000 acres of Montney land.

Grande Prairie: Grande Prairie is a considered a Canamax ‘core cash-flow’ asset and represents a strong, low risk, exploitation growth asset over the short to medium term.  Grande Prairie comprises over 12,000 acres of Dunvegan and Montney lands.

Non-Core Properties:

Brazeau River: Brazeau River, Alberta is comprised of 2.75 sections at 100% working interest and is capable of producing 250boe/d.  Canamax operates all the production and the property has a +2.00 LLR.  Multi-zone potential in the Cardium and Belly River intervals with abundant well control that helps to define low-risk up side locations. 

Hardy & Coteau Lake: Hardy & Coteau Lake, Saskatchewan properties are comprised of 21 sections at an average of 98.5% working interest. Canamax operates all the production and the property has a +3.00 LLR. Currently the property is producing ~40 bbl/d of 40 API light oil from the Bakken formation.
